Requires speed and attention during preparation **KITCHEN ASSISTANT / SALAD PREPARER** A store specializing in **gluten-free, lactose-free, and sugar-free** products (bakery, snack bar, and restaurant) is hiring a **Kitchen Assistant / Salad Preparer** to join our team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manual assembly of salads (lettuce, meats, fruits, tomatoes, and other ingredients) * Heating and portioning of meats * Assembly of meal-prep boxes * Organization and restocking of ingredients * Cleaning and organizing the kitchen and utensils **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Basic kitchen knowledge * Speed and attention when assembling orders * Ability to stand for the duration of the shift * Organizational skills and attention to food hygiene **Job Information:** * Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) * Salary: R$ 1.621,00 * Benefit: Food Allowance R$ 250,00 **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 6 PM (1-hour lunch break) * Saturday: 9 AM to 3:30 PM (1-hour lunch break) **Location** * Fonte Grande, Contagem Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.871,00 per month Benefits: * Food Allowance * Transportation Allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you have experience preparing and assembling salads? * In which neighborhood do you reside?
