HR Supervisor

Job Summary: Generalist HR professional to supervise HR routines, develop employees, attract and retain talent, strengthen organizational culture, and support leadership. Key Highlights: 1. Essential support to leadership and the HR team. **Responsibilities and Activities:** Ensure the effectiveness of the company's people management practices by strategically and operationally supervising HR routines, with emphasis on employee development, talent attraction and retention, organizational culture strengthening, and leadership support. * Supervise the HR team consisting of three members (Senior HR Specialist, Developing HR Assistant, and HR Assistant/Intern). * Manage the company's people practices to foster a healthy organizational environment aligned with the company's culture. * Lead and monitor recruitment and selection processes. * Design and implement training and development initiatives. * Support leadership in team management and conflict resolution. * Serve as a liaison between employees and leadership, promoting dialogue and organizational alignment. Monitor HR routines and interface with the Payroll Department. * Contribute to improvements in people management processes and policies. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology. * Prior experience in Human Resources with generalist responsibilities. * Experience in people management or team leadership. * Experience in recruitment and selection, as well as training and development initiatives. * Knowledge of standard HR routines and interface with the Payroll Department. **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week Employment Type: Freelance / PJ Compensation: R$5\.000,00 \- R$5\.400,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
