Job Summary: Proactive professional with strong communication skills to plan, implement, and manage the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policy, conducting inspections and training. Conducting safety inspections and accident investigations **REQUIREMENTS:** Technical course in Occupational Safety; * Experience in control and management of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Basic knowledge of OHS management systems. Experience in construction sites or industrial environments is desirable. Previous experience in the OHS field, including field operations; Experience in safety inspections and accident investigations; Knowledge of regulatory standards (NRs) and current legislation; Knowledge of developing and delivering Daily Safety Talks (DDS) and safety training. **PROFILE:** Proactivity, strong communication skills, ability to guide and engage employees, as well as ease in teamwork and field activities. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Plan and implement the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policy; Technically analyze the work environment, comparing conditions against current legislation and applicable legal references; Develop and manage OHS management systems; Identify control variables related to illnesses, accidents, environment, and quality of life; Develop educational initiatives and participate in adopting technologies and processes oriented toward OHS; Conduct accident investigations when necessary; Control and monitor continuous use of PPE, including completion of registration forms with CA numbers, dates, and signature verification; Daily monitoring of construction site activities to identify risks and unsafe acts, implementing corrective measures; Conduct periodic safety inspections; Prepare and deliver Daily Safety Talks (DDS); Perform other duties inherent to the position. **BENEFITS:** * Life insurance; * SESI agreement; * Meal card; * Dental plan; * Work schedule: Monday through Friday; * Company-provided shuttle, transportation allowance, or fuel allowance.
