The professional will focus on Recruitment and Selection, responsible for managing the entire hiring cycle—from job opening to candidate onboarding. We seek a proactive, organized individual with strong communication skills who wishes to grow alongside the company and contribute to attracting top regional talent. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes (from job opening to onboarding) * Conduct resume screening and competency-based interviews * Post and manage job openings on job boards and social media platforms * Maintain the unit’s talent database up to date * Support employee integration and onboarding initiatives * Assist with other HR routines as needed **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields * Experience in Recruitment and Selection * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Residency in Pará de Minas or neighboring cities (proximate region) **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE)** * Experience with ATS systems (applicant tracking systems) * Knowledge of assessment techniques and behavioral mapping * Experience in agribusiness or industrial companies * Ability to handle high-volume recruitment demands **BEHAVIORAL PROFILE** * Organization and attention to detail * Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities * Empathy and interpersonal skills * Proactivity and autonomy * Discretion and professional ethics Compensation: starting from R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Selection question(s): * Are you located in a city near Pará de Minas and able to commute via public or private transportation?
