Strict adherence to company-established standards and integral teamwork is essential, contributing to an agile and organized production flow. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare pizzas and doughs according to recipes, standards, and internal guidelines; * Perform ingredient hygiene, cutting, and pre\-preparation; * Maintain a clean, organized workplace compliant with hygiene regulations; * Request replenishment of supplies whenever necessary; * Store products correctly, observing expiration dates; * Strictly follow technical sheets, respecting measurements and portions; * Perform other tasks assigned by the Pizzeria Manager. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Proven experience in this role or in pizza production; * Good communication skills, responsibility, and professional demeanor; * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. **Benefits:** * Health insurance (50% covered by the company, with co\-payment); * Dental plan at no cost to the employee; * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance; * Complimentary life insurance; * On\-site meals; * Pharmacy card. **Working Hours:** * 4:00 PM to 12:20 AM – rotating 6x1 schedule. **Compensation:** * Starting salary from R$ 2\.388,85, varying according to experience; * Average monthly commission of R$ 900.00; * Additional earnings potential based on performance and goal achievement.
