Support for leadership and team development We seek an HR Business Partner to work strategically alongside leaders, supporting people growth and structuring in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. This role will be fundamental to strengthening culture, performance, and team development. **Responsibilities:** * Act as a strategic partner to leaders, supporting decision-making and people management. * Monitor HR metrics and propose improvement initiatives. * Support leadership and team development processes. * Address topics related to climate, culture, engagement, and performance. * Lead and support HR projects aligned with the startup's growth. * Support organizational change processes and internal policy structuring. Mandatory Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Proven experience as an HR Business Partner. * Experience in environments characterized by accelerated growth and constant change. * Consulting, analytical, and results-oriented profile. **Preferred Qualifications** Postgraduate degree in areas related to People Management, Business, or Organizational Development. **Additional Information** Employment regime: CLT.
