Job Summary: Professional responsible for collecting and delivering goods, verifying fiscal documentation, and loading/unloading cargo, with strong interpersonal skills and organizational ability. Focus on total quality and maintenance of the work environment. **Purpose of the Position** Approach customers for collection and delivery of goods, receive and verify fiscal documentation, and load cargo onto the truck. **This position is open to people with disabilities.** **Requirements** Education: Completed elementary school Skills: Productivity capacity, organization, interpersonal communication, agility, attention, and understanding of tasks **Desirable Competencies** Completed high school education, residence near California neighborhood, and easy access. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Load vehicles for goods delivery; * Approach customers courteously and professionally, clearly identifying oneself and announcing the service; * Verify goods and collection/delivery documentation; * Request receipt and documentation for delivered and/or collected goods; * Assist by answering the driver’s mobile phone for general inquiries; * Maintain the internal work environment clean and organized; * Update the driver on the itinerary whenever new service calls are received; * Label goods according to fiscal documents at the time of collection; * Contact the company in case of doubts or non-conformities; * Assist the driver with street maneuvers; * Perform arrangement, securing, and tarpaulin covering; * Provide internal and external support as required by the company; * Participate in company-mandated training and refresher courses; * Actively participate in total quality management processes. **Salaries and Benefits** Competitive salary for the role, meal allowance, transportation allowance, life insurance, co-payment health plan, dental plan, profit-sharing program, attendance bonus. Working hours: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
