Job Summary: Responsible for supporting the operational management of the vehicle fleet, ensuring control over maintenance, documentation, and fueling to achieve logistical efficiency. We foster a Growth-Oriented Environment **We seek individuals who enjoy taking on challenges.** In this role, you will support the company's vehicle fleet operational management, ensuring control over maintenance, documentation, fueling, traffic fines, insurance, and other related activities. Transparency in all our actions and communications. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct periodic and as-needed vehicle inspections; * Issue vehicle responsibility agreements and delivery addendums; * Request maintenance and repair estimates for vehicles; * Collect signed damage and fine deduction agreements from employees and forward them to the administrative assistant for formal payroll deduction processing with HR; * Monitor accident claims with drivers, guide them in preparing police reports (B.O.), and maintain claim folders with relevant files and documents; * Arrange towing services when necessary and direct vehicles to workshops and/or rental agencies; * Contact rental agencies for immediate repairs and preventive maintenance on vehicles; * Schedule, monitor, and track corrective and preventive maintenance for Blink-owned vehicles; * Schedule, monitor, and track vehicle cleaning at car washes; request invoices (NF) and payment slips (boletos), verify them, and forward to the administrative assistant; * Schedule, monitor, and track tire service operations at tire shops; request invoices (NF) and payment slips (boletos), verify them, and forward to the administrative assistant; * Receive signed FICI documents and deliver them to rental agencies or headquarters; * Transport vehicles to and from workshops; * Track vehicles; * Identify and register new suppliers (car washes, tire shops, workshops). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Valid Class B driver's license. **Additional Information** **Regarding benefits, we offer:** * Meal allowance; * Food allowance; * Transportation allowance or Mobility assistance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Gympass; * Complimentary internet plans; * Educational partnership program; * Birthday leave (Day Off); * Life insurance.
