Integrated collaboration with various management teams and departments About the job Our Health team is seeking an Ergonomics Physiotherapist to work onsite at Danone Brasil’s manufacturing plants in Poços de Caldas \- MG and distribution centers across Brazil. Your main responsibilities will include: * Leading the Ergonomics area in Operations across both manufacturing plants and distribution centers in Danone Brasil; * Conducting ergonomic assessments and interventions, including: Ergonomic Work Analyses (EWA), in accordance with NR‑17\. Postural and biomechanical evaluations and adjustments to workstations and work methods. Recommendations for structural or organizational improvements to prevent musculoskeletal injuries; * Monitoring and planning preventive health actions and care pathways, collaborating integrally with: Corporate Health Management; Operational Leaders; Safety Engineering; and HR; * Promoting quality-of-life and well-being programs, such as: Workplace gymnastics; Postural training; Workshops and health campaigns at work; * Monitoring and analyzing occupational health indicators, including: \- Absenteeism due to osteomuscular conditions and ergonomic demands; \- Results of functional assessments. \- Providing brief physiotherapy consultations focused on guidance and relief of musculoskeletal discomfort, where applicable and permitted by internal policy; * Supporting investigations of ergonomics-related incidents, contributing technical analyses and corrective actions; * Maintaining up-to-date documentation and records, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and Danone’s Corporate Health standards. About you * Completed degree in Physiotherapy, with active registration at CREFITO; * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Ergonomics (NR‑17\) — certification in occupational or applied ergonomics is desirable; * Up-to-date knowledge of Regulatory Standards, especially: NR‑17 (Ergonomics), NR‑7 (PCMSO), NR‑1 (Occupational Risk Management) and other applicable occupational health legislation; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with ability to prepare reports, analyses, and technical presentations; * Experience and/or familiarity with SOC systems; * Prior experience in industrial settings or large-scale enterprises, preferably with continuous operations (24/7\); * Ability to conduct EWAs, postural assessments, biomechanical analyses, and ergonomic adjustments; * Willingness to travel.
