We are seeking a professional experienced in civil construction, building maintenance, or infrastructure. Join us in delivering results alongside a strong and committed team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct periodic inspections of buildings to identify maintenance needs for civil, electrical, and hydraulic systems, and report findings in reports; * Execute and/or supervise corrective and preventive maintenance services; * Ensure services are performed in accordance with technical standards and quality requirements; * Supervise construction and renovation projects, verifying materials used, work stages completed, and worker safety; * Monitor activities of third-party companies, ensuring compliance with contracted scope; * Verify field measurements and record photographic and technical evidence; * Report non-conformities and support the analyst/coordination team in validating measurements; * Support preventive maintenance planning by reporting deadlines and material requirements; * Record service execution and incidents in system or control spreadsheet; * Ensure proper disposal of waste and replaced materials; * Support analysis of recurring failures and propose corrective actions; * Assist in preparing inspection reports and checklists; * Help draft technical scopes and descriptive memoranda; * Provide technical support during audits and inspections; * Identify improvement opportunities for physical facilities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education * Experience in civil construction, building maintenance, or infrastructure * Driver's license: Category B * Residency in Três Marias or São Gonçalo do Abaeté/MG. Desirable Requirements * Technical or vocational course in Building Construction, Building Maintenance, Electrotechnology, or related field; * Basic knowledge of building maintenance – civil, electrical, and hydraulic; * Familiarity with painting, masonry, and minor electrical and hydraulic repairs; * Understanding of building installations – lighting, drainage, gutters, pumps, sewage systems.
