Join us! **Job Description** Ensure effective and efficient management of the maintenance contract operations, guaranteeing administrative organization, achievement of performance indicators, and excellence in service execution. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing the team, monitoring operational processes, promoting a safe and productive work environment, and strengthening customer relationships—contributing to delivery quality and continuous operational improvement. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage, guide, and develop the team. * Oversee personnel across the entire contract, managing development initiatives, follow-ups, and feedback. Monitor performance indicators (KPIs). * Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and equipment. * Ensure equipment and facility availability and reliability. * Support planning of maintenance shutdowns and scheduled interventions. * Control maintenance costs and resource utilization. * Interact with customers, engineering, and other departments to align activities. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations. * Participate in technical and operational review meetings. * Prepare technical and contract performance reports. * Serve as the company’s authorized representative under the contract. * Evaluate and approve failure analyses. Perform monthly measurements and billing. * Develop proposals for spot services within the contract. * Size the team according to contract requirements. * Conduct technical interviews with candidates. * Ensure efficient internal communication with all contract staff and customers. * Perform other related duties inherent to the position. **Requirements** * Prior experience in operational leadership (maintenance, facilities, industrial services, or related areas). * Experience in contract management, performance indicators (KPIs), schedules, and deliverables. * Ability to manage administrative routines (reports, controls, data entry, and system interfaces). * Ability to lead and manage people. * Knowledge of maintenance processes is considered a plus. * Experience managing diverse, high-volume teams. * Willingness to work on-site in Paracatu – Minas Gerais. * Completed bachelor’s degree. **Expected Competencies** In addition to the skills mentioned above, we value professionals with strong communication skills, proactivity, analytical thinking, ownership mindset, and organizational ability.
