Job Summary: The professional will conduct prospecting, maintenance, and reactivation of customers, ensuring sales planning and execution of merchandising and post-sales activities. Opportunity for growth in an innovative company Join Moura, an organization that for over 60 years has been providing energy to serve the market with innovation and technology. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conducts segmentation research through customer visits, applying the appropriate form; * Performs fieldwork with prospects (customer acquisition) and inactive customers (reactivation), visiting potential customers, presenting the product, and describing battery features and advantages. Completes customer registration via forms. * Evaluates planning against achieved results, analyzing sales volume per customer according to the plan. * Covers territories of salespeople on vacation or uncovered areas. The trainee prospecting customers and performs sales planning, sells batteries, provides Battery Maintenance services, develops merchandising actions at the point of sale (POS), conducts post-sales follow-up with area customers, and carries out basic inspections and maintenance. * Ensures effective use of the Moura Management System. Develops action plans for improvement goals and ensures implementation of plans, handling of anomalies and procedures through Corporate Management.
