Main Responsibilities: * Store opening or closing; * Morning meeting with employee team; * Receiving merchandise and organizing inventory; * Daily monitoring of all employees' performance, as well as their conduct and behavior within the store \- uniform, punctuality, execution of tasks; * Daily monitoring of customer service provided to Lojas REDE customers. Requirements: * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree; * Retail experience (minimum 6 months); * Management of performance indicators; * Prior experience in this role; * Verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to work both collaboratively and independently; * Basic computer knowledge; * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
