Job Summary: Professional responsible for customer service and sales execution, recording information in systems and operating digital tools, as well as supporting administrative and operational routines. Support for administrative and operational routines **Responsibilities:** * Provide in-person and/or remote customer service * Execute sales processes for products and/or services * Record customer interactions, orders, and information in internal systems and applications * Operate digital tools for data control, registrations, and follow-ups * Perform administrative tasks related to customer service and sales * Provide technical and commercial information according to company guidelines * Support departmental operational routines as required **Technical Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Basic computer and typing skills * Prior experience in customer service and/or sales is a plus * Ability to use management applications and systems * Valid driver's license **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, from **08:00 AM to 5:00 PM** Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1.584,10 - R$2.536,52 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
