PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates or corrections; its execution shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. This Selection Process is intended to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Psychologist **HIRING METHOD:** Fixed-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT). 2\.1\. Work schedule and shifts will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the selected candidate upon call, and the candidate must confirm availability for the assigned schedule. Olívia Ribeiro de Sá \- Jardim Europa, Uberlândia \- MG, 38414\-625 **Job Summary:** Conducts psychotherapeutic services aimed at diagnosing and evaluating emotional, mental, and social adaptation disorders in patients, investigating unconscious behavioral factors to bring them into conscious awareness, clarifying conflicts, and accompanying patients throughout the treatment process until discharge; additionally participates in the development and implementation of health-related actions and campaigns. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** DOCUMENTATION VERIFYING THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **DOCUMENTATION:** Active registration with the Regional Psychology Council (CRP). **VERIFICATION:** Copy of the Professional Identity Card issued by the respective Regional Psychology Council. (At the time of hiring, a “no record” certificate issued by the council will be required.) **EXPERIENCE:** Professional experience in clinical practice. **VERIFICATION:** Experience documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated via one of the following: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of service rendered, and description of duties performed; b) Or copy of the Employment and Social Security Record (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, explicitly showing relevance to the target position (only if the CTPS entry title matches the position required in this Selection Process); c) Or copy of the service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying the activities performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the job title alone is insufficient to verify experience.
