Job Summary: The Central dos Benefícios is seeking a Commercial Agent – SDR with experience in the commercial area, responsible for active prospecting, lead qualification, customer nurturing, and meeting scheduling. A completed high school education is required; ongoing or completed higher education is a plus. Commercial experience is mandatory. Key competencies evaluated include: * Active prospecting; * Lead qualification; * Customer nurturing and relationship management; * Meeting scheduling; * CRM recordkeeping and updates. Requirements: * Experience in outbound lead prospecting; * Understanding of the sales funnel; * Clear and assertive communication: Proficiency in verbal and written language, focused on conveying confidence and clarity; * Proficiency using tools such as **Pipedrive** or other CRMs to record and track interactions with leads.
