Join a team committed to the quality of information and excellence in processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform accounting entries by analyzing documents and integrating systems, ensuring correct classification and period allocation; * Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts by analyzing balances, identifying and resolving discrepancies; * Execute monthly closing routines by validating provisions, allocations, and reviews, ensuring deadlines are met; * Prepare and review Income Statements (DRE), Balance Sheets, and other reports through consolidation and validation of accounting data; * Record accounting provisions based on substantiated estimates and monitor their realization; * Ensure compliance with accounting standards through correct application of accounting principles and policies; * Provide information and documents by organizing and ensuring traceability of accounting records; * Investigate significant fluctuations through comparative analyses and deviation explanations; * Identify optimization opportunities through standardization, automation, and routine reviews. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences; * Experience with accounting closing, revenue and expense accruals, cost reclassifications, and assets (fixed and intangible); * Experience with ERP systems (Protheus preferred); * Advanced Excel knowledge (including formulas, pivot tables, and charts).
