Our most valuable asset is our people; therefore, we seek qualified professionals with growth potential, full of energy and initiative, who believe in autonomy coupled with responsibility. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Conduct on-site audits at shopping center stores, focusing on cash closing, tax verification, and operational process analysis according to the defined schedule, ensuring accurate qualitative and quantitative data verification; * Monitor and assess inconsistencies in sales declared by tenants, identifying operational failures or indications of tax evasion, escalating to responsible parties and, where applicable, opening tickets with the technical team for investigation and correction; * Assist in sales control using a dedicated system, comparing on-site collected sales data with InfoSales system data, flagging discrepancies and supporting resolution of irregularities; * Support the preparation and submission of sales forecasts, utilizing daily audited operational data and performing comparisons with prior periods to inform analyses and decisions by relevant departments; * Participate in the Audit Committee, presenting reports on store performance, system integration status, and key inconsistencies observed, contributing to strategic decision-making; * Monitor store integration into the NAPP system, evaluating the status of each store (integrated, not integrated, or pending maintenance), aiming to expand tool adoption and ensure greater data reliability; * Provide support for new audit and compliance projects and initiatives, collaborating with technical and administrative teams in implementing improvements and internal controls; * Support tenant onboarding training sessions and participate in annual training programs organized by the audit and performance area; * Contribute to the monthly sales volume entry into the billing system, ensuring consistency of consolidated data; * Provide operational support to the team, participating in daily data collection and assisting with coverage during breaks and days off, as per the schedule. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Technical Requirement(s):** * Technical-level education (e.g., Administration or related fields) or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Financial Management, or related disciplines. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Behavioral Requirement(s):** * Basic computer literacy; * Proactivity; * Strong communication skills; * ****Customer focus; * Organization; * Confidentiality regarding sensitive data. **Additional Information** **Employment Type:** Internship; **Work Mode:** On-site; **Working Hours and Schedule:** 5-day workweek with alternating days off; availability to work either 10:00 AM–4:00 PM or 4:00 PM–10:00 PM. **Our Benefits:** In addition to working at a company experiencing constant growth and focused on talent development, here you will also enjoy: Meal and/or Food Allowance; Transportation Allowance; Birthday Day\-off to celebrate as you wish; Life Insurance. **Want to learn more?
