Requires experience in administrative tasks and public service THE TRANSPORTATION SOCIAL SERVICE (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORTATION TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of registration for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice. **1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill positions according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates approved in this process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED 2\. This Selection Process is intended to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Administrative Assistant I **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including: dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Work schedule and shifts will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call, and the candidate must confirm availability for the assigned schedule. Candidates declining the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** 44 hours (Forty-four hours per week) **SALARY:** R$ 3\.181,09 **UNIT:** Rua Dinorah Figueiredo Drumond, Serra Verde, Venda Nova \| Belo Horizonte MG \- 31630230 **JOB SUMMARY:** Provides customer service to clients seeking SEST and SENAT services; registers clients and records information in systems; prepares, organizes, and controls documents; receives payments for commercialized products; and performs other administrative tasks. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** Completed high school (or higher education degree). **Acceptable proof includes:** a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC) and/or; b) Officially signed and stamped course completion statement. c) For candidates pursuing higher education, enrollment confirmation, duly signed and stamped by the educational institution. **EXPERIENCE:** PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIVITIES AND PUBLIC SERVICE. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s statement containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of service performed, and description of duties carried out; b) Or copy of the Employment Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly linking to the target position (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature consistent with that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove required experience. **SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation.
