Job Summary: We are seeking an Infrastructure Analyst to manage and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of services, servers, and systems, while proactively supporting internal teams. Key Highlights: 1. Administer and configure on-premises and Azure Cloud environments 2. Manage Linux and Windows operating systems, and VMware/Openshift environments 3. Work with IaC, shell scripting, Ansible/Terraform, and observability platforms ANL TI SR Country: Brazil **WHAT WILL BE YOUR CHALLENGES?** *We are looking for an Infrastructure Analyst to help manage our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our services, servers, and systems, as well as providing support to internal teams in a proactive manner and assisting the team’s deliveries.* **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Administer and configure on-premises and Azure Cloud environments * Administer, install, and configure Linux and Windows operating systems. * Participate in project releases; * Perform administration and configuration of virtualized environments (VMware and Openshift) * Troubleshoot and analyze issues. * Respond to requests, alerts, and tickets. * Execute changes; * Adhere to the Company’s official workflows, policies, and regulations; Monitor the implementation and control of Action Plans applicable to the area. * **Required Knowledge:** * Proficiency in Red Hat Linux operating systems * VMware virtualization environment * Knowledge of Azure cloud * Strong knowledge of Openshift and/or Docker * Solid expertise in IaC and shell scripting, Ansible or Terraform Excellent knowledge of observability platforms (Grafana, Loki, Mimir, Tempo, Prometheus, AppDynamics), including building and using them for troubleshooting. * **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * Knowledge of IBM AIX operating system * Familiarity with CI/CD tools * Understanding of development routines
