We do the right thing—today and for generations to come. **Job Purpose and Impact** -------------------------- The **Senior Payroll Analyst** will be responsible for routine payroll processing tasks across all Cargill Brasil businesses, ensuring high-quality and accurate monthly deliverables in full compliance with applicable legislation. This position is based in Uberlândia \- MG. \#LI\-EV1 \#LI\-Onsite **Key Accountabilities** ------------------------ * PAYROLL PROCESSING SUPPORT: Collect and review data, including personal information and fixed/variable payroll data; enter data into the system; and monitor payroll processing with the vendor. * PAYROLL RECORD MAINTENANCE AND DATA QUALITY ASSURANCE: Review payroll data to ensure accuracy of essential payroll variables such as employee salaries, bank accounts, job titles, registration locations, etc. * COMMUNICATION: Handle payroll-related inquiries, respond to requests in a timely manner, ensure information is properly archived per organizational policies, and identify employee concerns requiring additional support. * PAYROLL COMPLIANCE: Ensure payroll processing complies with local laws and agreements. **Qualifications** ------------------ * Experience in HR administrative routines (payroll, benefits, time & attendance, hiring, termination, etc.) — required * Advanced English language proficiency — required * Knowledge of ADP payroll system — preferred * Intermediate Excel skills — required Cargill is an equal opportunity employer and committed to providing accommodation to our job applicants with disabilities.
