




Job Summary: A Quality and Food Safety professional to implement, maintain, and improve management systems in an industrial setting. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to manage control and continuous improvement programs **Key Responsibilities:** * Implement and maintain the Quality and Food Safety Management System (including FSSC 22000\); * Develop, review, and control documents, flowcharts, and procedures; * Execute and monitor activities related to HACCP, validations, and verifications; * Conduct internal audits and participate in external audits; * Manage control programs (pests, allergens, sanitation, foreign bodies); * Monitor KPIs, non-conformities, and action plans; * Deliver training and support a culture of quality and food safety; * Support continuous improvement initiatives, projects, and customer service; * Ensure compliance with legal requirements and certifications. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree completed in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in quality assurance or quality management within the food industry. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in the food industry is preferred. * Must reside in Betim or near Juatuba.
