Opportunity for professional growth JOB: CIVIL ENGINEER – PLANNING, BUDGETING, AND TEAM MANAGEMENT We are looking for a Civil Engineer with solid experience in planning, budgeting, and team management to manage construction projects and engineering works, ensuring technical efficiency, cost control, and execution quality. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop, plan, and analyze civil engineering projects; * Plan and prepare detailed construction and development budgets; * Conduct cost estimates and technical and financial feasibility analyses; * Manage and coordinate engineering and construction teams; * Monitor physical and financial project schedules; * Control the quality of materials, supplies, and services delivered; * Prepare progress reports during construction and final reports upon project completion; * Collaborate with the construction team to adjust budgets while maintaining forecasted costs, quality, and performance; * Stay updated on new technologies and market solutions applicable to civil engineering. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; * Proven experience in construction planning and budgeting; * Experience in team management; * Knowledge of cost control, scheduling, and financial feasibility; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and an analytical mindset. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in medium- and large-scale construction projects; * Willingness to travel; * Proficiency in planning and budgeting software; * Strategic vision and results-oriented mindset; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (CNH B).
