Customer Success Analyst

Description

**Responsibilities:** Build and maintain a trustworthy relationship with clients. Identify retention opportunities by managing accounts, ensuring deliverables align with expectations, and strengthening the business partnership. Collect and analyze feedback to identify improvements in the customer experience and propose actions to enhance it. Serve as the client's focal point, connecting internal departments to ensure deliverable quality and rapid issue resolution. Sell new solutions and services according to client needs. Prepare regular reports on account status, improvement opportunities, and growth, presenting them to the manager and the client. Draft documents such as Proposals, Contracts, and Contract Amendments **Mandatory Requirements:** Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields. Minimum of three (3) years of prior experience in customer success or B2B account management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proficiency in RD Station CRM. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong personal planning skills, focused on customer success. Proactivity, empathy, and creative problem-solving ability. Organization and attention to detail.
