All our opportunities are affirmative for people with disabilities. **Requirements/Education:** * Completed high school or currently pursuing higher education; * Proven experience handling employee onboarding processes, including document collection and analysis, data registration, and initial integration; * Experience managing electronic timekeeping systems, including attendance tracking, overtime, absences, and closing of hour banks; * Experience administering employee benefits. **Key Responsibilities:** * Preparing documents, updating systems, organizing personnel files and workbooks (CTPS); * Monitoring clock-ins/clock-outs, absences, overtime, and hour banks; * Managing benefits such as transportation vouchers, meal vouchers, health insurance, dental insurance, etc.; * Providing support for inquiries; * Updating data, archiving documents, and preparing reports; * Supporting processes such as e-Social and employment termination approvals. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday — 08:00 AM to 5:30 PM **Work Location:** Av.
