It offers services ranging from software development to IT consulting. **Responsibilities:** Provide customer service and direct interface with internal and external customers. Conduct follow-up with suppliers and parts planners to ensure proper information flow. Control and request parts according to operational demands. Manage the supply chain by monitoring parts collection and replenishment flows. Monitor logistics processes and support improvement of existing flows. Analyze complaints and coordinate resolution efforts with relevant departments. Perform operational data analysis and prepare managerial reports to support decision-making. Lead meetings with internal customers and partner departments to align processes. Previous experience as Strategic Planner, Planning Specialist, Planning Coordinator, or Operations Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
