Medication inventory organization and control **Job Description:** ---------------------- \*Job Title: PHARMACY SALES ASSISTANT\* \*Responsibilities:\* Serve customers at the counter and by phone courteously and efficiently. Clarify doubts regarding dosage, indications, and usage methods of medications, always under pharmacist supervision. Verify medical prescriptions to ensure compliance with current regulations. Pick, package, and deliver medications and products as requested. Maintain counter and shelf organization and cleanliness. Monitor product expiration dates and assist with inventory organization. Support the pharmacist in controlling restricted medications, per ANVISA Ordinance No. 344/98. Inform the pharmacist of situations requiring technical attention. Comply with Good Dispensing Practices guidelines. \*Requirements:\* Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales is mandatory. \*Work Schedule:\* Rotating shift: 6 days on / 1 day off or 12 hours on / 36 hours off (morning/afternoon/night). \*Compensation:\* 100% commission-based. The amount of R$1\.785,29 represents a minimum guarantee if performance targets are not met. However, this does not mean the employee will receive R$ 1\.785,29 plus commission; it is an isolated floor-salary guarantee.
