Job Summary: We are seeking an occupational safety technician with experience in civil construction for accident prevention and promotion of a safe working environment. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct inspections, training sessions, and safety talks (DDS) We are looking for an occupational safety technician with experience in civil construction projects, to work on accident prevention and promotion of a safe and legally compliant working environment. **Responsibilities:** \- Monitor activities at construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations; \- Identify risks and propose corrective and preventive measures; \- Conduct inspections, training sessions, and safety talks (DDS); \- Control and supervise the use of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE); \- Support implementation of programs such as PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT, among others; **Requirements:** \- Active registration with the Ministry of Labor (MTE); \- Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs), especially NR-18 and NR-35; \- Strong communication skills, proactivity, and a preventive mindset. **Preferred Qualifications:** \- Certification in working at heights; \- Experience with medium- or large-scale construction contracts.
