We are currently seeking a **Support Analyst**, with solid experience in technical support or systems analysis, to join our team. ### **Scope of Work:** IT technical support, performing incident analysis and resolution according to complexity level and defined SLAs, with all actions logged in the system. Responsible for installation, configuration, validation, and maintenance of software, operating systems, and IT equipment, ensuring full network infrastructure functionality.
