Continuous improvement and optimization of IT infrastructure processes We are seeking a **Senior IT Infrastructure Governance Analyst** to join one of our strategic projects. We are looking for someone with hands-on experience, strong process orientation, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure alignment among governance, operations, and business. **Job Description** ---------------------- Standardize, control, and continuously improve IT infrastructure management processes, ensuring compliance with best practices in governance. Responsible for supporting KPIs, audits, controls, and optimization initiatives, contributing to the availability, efficiency, and evolution of IT services. **Work Model** ---------------------- Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite Based in **Belo Horizonte and Betim** **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Implement and maintain IT infrastructure governance practices aligned with frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, and ISO 20000\. * Monitor and control IT infrastructure performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs). * Support change, incident, and problem management, ensuring adherence to defined processes. * Participate in capacity, availability, and IT service continuity planning. * Conduct internal audits and support compliance activities (security, asset inventory, licensing, etc.). * Generate, analyze, and present performance and compliance reports, proposing improvement actions. * Collaborate with technical and business areas to ensure alignment among strategy, operations, and governance. * Support automation and process optimization initiatives within infrastructure operations. **Qualifications and Requirements** ------------------------------ * Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Prior experience in IT infrastructure governance or management. * Practical knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001, and/or ISO 20000\. * Familiarity with monitoring tools, CMDB, incident management, and automation platforms. * Analytical ability, systemic vision, and results orientation. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams. **Preferred Qualifications** ------------------------ * ITIL Foundation, COBIT, ISO 20000, or similar certifications. * Experience in hybrid environments (on\-premises and cloud). * Experience in outsourcing or managed services operations. * Knowledge of governance tools, dashboards, and automation platforms (Power BI, ServiceNow, Grafana, etc.).
