With a specialized team, we strive to meet our clients’ needs with excellence. **Responsibilities:** Provide on-site and remote technical support incident and request handling and resolution for end users. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and internal system issues. Provide continuous support and track tickets until final resolution. Perform equipment and software installation, configuration, and maintenance. Assist in integrating new systems and tools into the corporate environment. Ensure operating systems, applications, and databases are updated and functioning properly. Document applied processes and solutions to ensure support continuity. Collaborate with the IT team on improvement projects and new implementations. Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations. Ensure compliance with defined SLAs and deadlines.
