If you identify with our company and this challenge, join VALGROUP—we’ll go much further together! **\#transformplasticwithus** **Responsibilities and Duties** * On-Site Microcomputer Support: * Install, configure, and maintain workstations (desktops and laptops), printers, scanners, and other peripherals. * Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues (Windows operating systems, Office suite, corporate applications) on-site or remotely. * Replace components, perform upgrades, and install new equipment. * Ensure equipment connectivity to the network and internal systems. * Basic Network and Server Infrastructure Support: * Assist in diagnosing and resolving basic network connectivity issues (cabling, switches, Wi\-Fi routers). * Monitor basic server status (disk space, essential services, performance). * Collaborate in verifying and maintaining routine backups. * Support configuring network access and permissions. * Incident Management and Documentation: * Register, categorize, and document all support requests and resolutions in the Help Desk system. * Track incident status and ensure communication with users regarding progress. * Develop and maintain technical documentation for procedures and equipment inventory. * User Support: * Provide technical support and guidance to users, focusing on satisfaction and efficient resolution. * Conduct basic training on software usage and information security best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering, or related fields.
