Strong exposure to strategic decisions Opportunity for a **Senior Corporate Finance Analyst** at an internationally operating mining company undergoing rapid expansion, with operations in Brazil, Chile, and the United States, focused on developing strategic mineral projects. A dynamic work environment characterized by a culture of high autonomy, lean organizational structure, and strong exposure to strategic decision-making. ### **Key Responsibilities** * **Develop and maintain economic\-financial models for multiple mining projects** * **Act as a partner to technical teams (engineering, geology), supporting:** * Feasibility analysis * Identification of inefficiencies * Development of action plans * **Support funding and debt structuring, including:** * Interaction with banks and financial institutions * Preparation of materials for fundraising * Support for due diligence processes * Analysis of financial terms and structures * **Participate in capital allocation and financial planning for projects** * **Support investor relations (IR) activities:** * Preparation of presentations and reports * Support interactions with funds and investors * Consolidation of strategic information * **Serve as a liaison across international projects, disseminating best practices** ### **Technical Requirements** * Experience in **corporate finance, FP\&A, or valuation** * Strong **financial modeling** capability * Advanced English (mandatory) * Experience or exposure to: * Debt structuring * Project finance * Fundraising * Due diligence * Experience in **capital-intensive environments** (preferred): mining, energy, infrastructure, or construction * Willingness to travel (Brazil and abroad) ### **Behavioral Profile** * High influence and communication skills * Hands\-on mindset * Flexibility to manage dynamic scopes * Ability to navigate complex technical environments * Structured thinking and clarity of reasoning * Energy and adaptability Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Languages:* English (Advanced)
