Monitor performed activities to guarantee consistent operational standards and information sharing across shifts in each industrial unit; generate shift reports on unit operating parameters and loaded volumes versus quality. Collaborate, as requested and together with Production or Process Engineering and installation contractors, during commissioning, pre-commissioning, and start-up of machines and equipment in new units and/or industrial plants; jointly define, with the Maintenance team, priorities for mechanical and electrical maintenance interventions in operational units during shift hours; evaluate, train, and professionally develop direct workers through designing and/or implementing specific training programs and direct guidance for each process, thereby elevating the team’s knowledge level; manage all personnel routines and apply disciplinary actions when necessary; ensure compliance with internal regulations and occupational safety rules, including proper use of PPE, during task execution; maintain workplace cleanliness and organization, and preserve tools and equipment under your custody; be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and environmental conditions in the production area, adhering to specific procedures and schedules for task execution; contribute to quality, service, and environmental improvement programs; comply with internal regulations and occupational safety standards; conduct safety, health, environmental, and quality dialogues; support dissemination of the organization’s mission, values, and changes in work philosophy through communication, awareness-raising, training, refresher courses, and convincing existing team members. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements and Qualifications: Work schedule: Shift. Willingness to reside in: Serra do Salitre, Patrocínio, or Araxá.
