Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Manager with leadership qualities, a results-oriented mindset, and a passion for fashion retail to manage store operations and motivate the team. Key Highlights: 1. Manage sales operations and ensure achievement of targets. 2. Lead, develop, and engage the sales team. 3. Work directly on the sales floor to guarantee excellent customer service. **Position based in Uberaba - MG** **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, from 09:00 to 19:00 (days off negotiable during the week) **Compensation:** * Base salary: R$ 2.262,10 * Commission: average of R$ 800.00 to R$ 3.500.00, depending on performance **About the position** We seek a Sales Manager with leadership qualities, a focus on results, and a passion for fashion retail. This professional will be responsible for ensuring strong store performance, engaging the team, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. **Main responsibilities** * Manage store sales operations, ensuring target achievement; * Lead, develop, and engage the sales team; * Monitor performance metrics (sales, average transaction value, conversion rate, and inventory turnover); * Work directly on the sales floor to guarantee excellent customer service; * Organize staff schedules, days off, and store coverage; * Maintain store standards (organization, visual merchandising, and product display); * Manage inventory, conduct stocktaking, and implement loss prevention measures; * Prepare performance reports and action plans; * Resolve customer requests and conflicts, promoting loyalty; * Maintain customer relationships via social media. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Leader in retail; * Experience working in clothing, fashion, or accessories stores; * Experience managing teams and targets; * Knowledge of sales performance metrics; * Completed high school education (a college degree is a plus). **What we offer** * Dynamic and collaborative work environment; * Market-competitive compensation; * iFood Benefits Club – R$ 150.00; * Birthday day off; * Exclusive discounts of 20% to 50% on company products.
