We are looking for an **Air Conditioning Maintenance Technician** eager to grow alongside our company, working with autonomy, quality, and full focus on customer experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: You will be a key player in ensuring flawless operation of air conditioning systems, performing: ✔ Preventive and corrective maintenance (diagnosis, repairs, and adjustments) ✔ Installation of air conditioning equipment (Split, Cassette, Floor-Ceiling, and others) ✔ Identification and resolution of technical faults (electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related) ✔ Performance testing and continuous improvement of systems ✔ Customer service with technical guidance and quality focus ✔ Tool organization and material inventory control ✔ Strict adherence to technical and safety standards What we seek in you: ✔ Completed high school education ✔ Technical course in Refrigeration/Air Conditioning or related fields ✔ Practical experience in air conditioning maintenance (minimum 1 year) ✔ Knowledge of various systems (Split, Cassette, VRF is a plus) ✔ Availability for travel And most importantly: We seek someone who is **proactive, committed, possesses sharp technical insight, and truly enjoys solving real-world problems.** What you’ll find here: ✔ CLT employment contract ✔ Organized and professional work environment ✔ A genuine opportunity for technical development ✔ Exposure to diverse projects and challenges Benefits: ✔ Medical assistance ✔ Transportation allowance ✔ Meal allowance ✔ Life insurance Work location: Uberlândia \- MG Monday to Friday (with possibility of overtime) Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$4\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Fuel allowance * Life insurance * Meal voucher Workplace: On-site
