We are looking for professionals with knowledge and experience in the field, who are proactive, organized, committed, have good communication skills, enjoy working in teams and tackling challenges. **Vacancies also available for PCD (Persons with Disabilities) as per Decree No. 5.296 dated 12/02/2004.** **Responsibilities and duties** * Act as the planning team’s focal point, establishing direct interfaces with key internal and external stakeholders; * Develop macro and detailed schedules, resource histograms, and budgets; * Lead scope definition and planning detail meetings; * Integrate contractors’ schedules into MS-Project software; * Prepare monitoring reports (S-Curve, scheduling, documentation control, among others); * Monitor maintenance activity progress, identifying deviations that may jeopardize deadline compliance; * Control and analysis of RDOs; **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering, or related fields. * Proven experience in planning and executing maintenance during major industrial shutdowns. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Proficiency in planning and maintenance management software (e.g., MS Project, SAP PM, Microsoft Office Suite). * Experience in Fertilizer and Sulfuric Acid plants is an advantage. **Additional information** Benefits: * Transportation; * Meal allowance; * Life insurance; * Health plan; * Dental plan; * Totalpass; * Starbem; * Avus; * Payroll-deductible loan; * Partnerships with universities; * Qualidados University; * SESC partnership.
