Learn about this opportunity! **OPERATIONAL ASSISTANT** Company: Tora Transportes Location: Contagem/MG **WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY?** Your main responsibilities include: supporting the Terminal Maintenance department, receiving and organizing demands, monitoring the maintenance fiscal process, placing material and service requisitions and reservations, responding to demands from Head Office and branches, ensuring compliance with Tora’s regulations and guidelines, performing daily entries into maintenance systems, tracking service orders, verifying invoices and measurement reports, liaising with suppliers for adjustments and deadline renegotiation, and monitoring emails and sending area-related requests. **WHAT DO YOU NEED TO STAND OUT WITH US?** * Completed high school education; technical courses in Electromechanics, Mechanics, or Mechatronics are desirable; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel knowledge is mandatory); * Experience in PCM and SAP system is desirable; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and organizational ability. **WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?** * Meal allowance at the company; * Transportation allowance and shuttle service; * Fresh food basket; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Partnership with SEST SENAT; * Corporate University; * Life insurance. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM. **WORK LOCATION:** Av.
