Maintain a clean and safe work environment Maintenance Assistant - PCD Schedule: Availability to work Monday through Friday, either from 7:00 AM to 4:43 PM, or from 1:00 PM to 10:33 PM, or from 10:20 PM to 7:13 AM **Responsibilities:** * Support preventive and corrective maintenance routines for mechanical components. * Assist in welding, cutting, grinding, and basic metallurgy services (Welding) * Provide support in assembling brake systems, bogies, wheelsets, and other mechanical assemblies (Mechanics) * Maintain a clean and safe work environment, strictly adhering to safety procedures. * Contribute to workshop operational efficiency and continuous process improvement. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Vocational training in Mechanics or Metallurgy, Welding, or related fields; * Willingness to work in an industrial environment; * Attention to detail and commitment to safety; * Availability to work different shifts, as required by operations.
