Proficiency in cost control techniques and price composition **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare and analyze commercial and technical proposals and pre-qualification documents. * Analyze tender documents, invitations, and client requirements, identifying technical specifications, risks, and opportunities. * Propose solutions aligned with contractual requirements, internal standards, and company guidelines. * Identify scope, inputs, resources, and costs for budget composition. * Balance competitiveness, technical feasibility, and profitability. * Obtain quotations from suppliers, negotiating delivery schedules and commercial terms. * Organize and archive documentation related to budgeting processes. * Monitor and consolidate departmental information, contributing to continuous process improvement. * Perform other duties related to the position. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Production Engineering. * Experience in preparing and analyzing budgets for low- and medium-complexity service projects. * Knowledge of bidding procedures, and ability to read and interpret tender documents, invitations, and contracts. * Proficiency in cost control techniques, price composition, and analysis of productivity and execution time. * Familiarity with equipment, materials, and inputs used in construction and service projects. * Ability to read and interpret technical documents, descriptive memoranda, designs, and specifications. * Basic knowledge of technical standards and internal procedures. * Proficiency in tools such as Excel, AutoCAD, PowerPoint, and related software. **Behavioral Competencies** * Resilience * Organization and discipline * Analytical mindset * Assertive communication
