We seek an intern to join our **Processes** team, focusing on monitoring and continuously improving transformer manufacturing. As an intern, you will be responsible for: **Responsibilities:** * Monitor various product manufacturing stages, recording incidents and participating in analyses of potential failures in production processes to propose corrective actions and improvements; * Request and monitor the development of sketches for machine and tool adaptations and modifications aimed at optimizing manufacturing processes; * Contact suppliers to explore alternatives for new materials and contribute to cost-reduction studies and improvements in working conditions; * Assist in implementing new production methods and processes as required by the Production Department. **Requirements:** ----------------- **Minimum Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering; * Technical certification in the same fields is a plus; * Availability to intern 30 hours per week. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of BI tools is a plus; * Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD; * Dynamism to interact with diverse departments and people across the factory.
