




Job Summary: Responsible for developing and monitoring cargo handling and installation plans, ensuring safe and cost-effective service execution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Calculate resources and specify lifting materials for contracted services. 2. Develop cargo handling and equipment installation plans. 3. Monitor service execution and ensure customer satisfaction. Participate in the company’s operational activities, collaborating with customers and internal departments to appropriately size resources—including materials, machinery, equipment, and labor—to support implementation and continuity of contracted services. Size and specify lifting materials according to the cargo handling plan and/or installation plan. Gather technical information for developing the cargo handling plan and/or equipment installation plan through documentation and on-site technical visits to the customer. Submit the cargo handling plan and/or equipment installation plan for customer approval. Present the cargo handling plan and/or equipment installation plan to the assigned team responsible for executing the services. Thoroughly diagnose all involved resources, using specific data and software to conduct studies aimed at identifying alternatives, thereby ensuring maximum operational profitability. Define the execution stages of the cargo handling plan and/or equipment installation plan, aiming to guarantee control and safety in project delivery according to customer requirements and applicable legislation. Monitor service execution at the customer site, clarifying doubts and contributing to organizational process development to achieve customer satisfaction. Detail mechanical structure projects, describing project components as required by Engineering. Complete and submit the Daily Report document to support measurement tracking and billing.
