Support expansion projects, renovations, and new unit openings Description Coordinate, plan, and ensure the full operation of the company’s physical and technological infrastructure, guaranteeing operational continuity, safety, resource efficiency, and compliance with technical, legal, and safety standards; Manage contracts with suppliers and service providers (maintenance, telecommunications, energy, cleaning, security, IT, among others); Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities, equipment, and systems; Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety, environmental, and applicable legal regulations; Manage assets (inventory, lifecycle, replacements, and improvements); Coordinate internal and outsourced teams, allocating tasks and monitoring performance; Support expansion projects, renovations, layout changes, or implementation of new units; Develop and monitor performance indicators (SLA, availability, costs, incidents); Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Administration, or related fields; Prior experience in infrastructure coordination or supervision; Knowledge of Safety Management; Project Management; Procedure Development; IT Infrastructure; Database Management; Knowledge of cloud tools and services.
