What are you waiting for to join our team? *\#JoinSankhya* Job Mission: * Responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring activities related to specific projects, ensuring successful delivery within deadlines and achieved requirements. * Monitor and oversee the project portfolio of Units, acting consultatively and preventively to reduce risks and issues in projects through sound project and portfolio management practices. Ensure compliance with the Sankhya implementation methodology and execution of the proposed strategy. Serve as the reference for the network in the services and projects domain, guiding Channels according to the quality standards established by the Project Center. Responsibilities: * Planning and organization: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resource allocation, and definition of goals and objectives. Identify necessary activities, their interdependencies, and key milestones to be achieved during the project; * Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including internal and external members, to ensure appropriate task assignment, efficient communication, and collaboration among project stakeholders; * Monitoring and control: Track and control project progress, monitoring completion of automated activities, resource consumption, and performance against the validated schedule. Identify deviations and implement corrective actions when necessary; * Risk management: Identify and assess project-related risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize negative impacts. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle, taking preventive and corrective measures as required; * Communication and reporting: Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, achieved milestones, identified risks, and actions taken. Prepare status reports and post-project estimates as needed. * **Channel support:** Serve as the primary contact point for Units, acting as the entry point for risk and issue support in projects and interacting with other Sankhya departments. Support and manage conflicts arising from project execution. Propose improvements to methodology documentation, ensuring standardization and quality in project execution. Recommend temporary reallocation of service-area employees within the assigned Unit, coordinated by the Project Center. * **Portfolio oversight:** Mentor and monitor projects from Units experiencing difficulties or facing high risks. Identify and promote best practices in implementation and project management, catalyzing knowledge sharing and dissemination across Units. Manage the portfolio regarding project suspension, halt, and/or intervention of implementation projects. Ensure portfolio information is generated, collected, distributed, stored, and retrieved timely and appropriately. Suggest project strategies aimed at successful implementation and customer satisfaction. * **Training and capacity building:** Train and upskill teams on topics related to project management and best practices. Equip professionals with mechanisms and tools supporting project execution. * **KPI monitoring:** Ensure adherence to and application of the implementation methodology through KPIs and project monitoring. * Recommend temporary reallocation of service-area employees within the assigned Unit, coordinated by the Project Center. * Ensure portfolio information is generated, collected, distributed, stored, and retrieved timely and appropriately. * Ensure adherence to and application of the implementation methodology through KPIs and project monitoring. * Suggest project strategies aimed at successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
