Join us!** **Key Activities and Responsibilities** * Lead the development of proprietary models and tools for analyzing electrified propulsion technologies (hybrid and electric). * Perform physics-based advanced modeling for powertrain system simulation. * Integrate basic and advanced control strategies into models to represent real system behavior. * Develop pre-processing and post-processing data tools and support users in utilizing models and frameworks. * Present technical results and analyses to Chief Engineers, engineering specialists, and Powertrain leadership. **Qualifications and Experience** ------------------------------- * Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Industrial, or Automotive). * Prior experience in the automotive industry, preferably in powertrain or electrification. **Technical Knowledge and Competencies** ----------------------------------------- * Advanced English (written and spoken). * Solid knowledge of propulsion systems: internal combustion engines, transmissions, drivelines, batteries, and electric motors. * Experience with hybrid/electrified vehicle energy management and control strategies (e.g., ECMS, Torque Path Control). * Proficiency in simulation tools: MATLAB/Simulink, Stateflow, and GT\-Suite. * Microsoft Office suite and Teams. **Desirable Differentiators** --------------------------- * Knowledge of fluid dynamics and heat transfer. * Experience with production-oriented controls. * Use of Git for version control. * Experience with vehicle testing or experimental data analysis. **What We Offer** * Meal Voucher; * Transportation Voucher or Fuel Voucher; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Childcare Assistance; * Maternity and Paternity Leave; * Wellhub; * OnHappy; * Sesc; * Flexible Working Hours.
