Join us!** We are seeking a professional to serve as an **ADAS DRE (Design Release)**, responsible for the development and management of ADAS components (radars, cameras, and ECUs), ensuring quality, performance, cost, and schedule adherence in automotive projects. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the development of ADAS components (radars, cameras, and ECUs) throughout the project lifecycle * Lead supplier interface, delivery management, and issue resolution * Release technical specifications, documentation, and engineering changes * Ensure cross-departmental alignment and milestone achievement * Conduct HW/SW validation, FMEA, DVPR, and quality processes * Support launch activities, continuous improvement initiatives, and cost reduction efforts * Perform risk management and track mitigation plans * Collaborate with ADAS integration teams and cross-functional departments ### **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, or Mechanical) * Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry * Hands-on experience in ECU development and release * Proficiency with Vector tools (CANoe, CANalyzer, CANape) * Knowledge of CAN/Ethernet protocols * Prior experience with ADAS systems (radars and cameras) * Advanced English for global interface * Brazilian driver's license (Category B) and willingness to travel ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with CAD and packaging activities * Familiarity with ADAS / autonomous driving regulations * Experience with root cause analysis (8D, DMAIC, 5 Whys) * Experience with data analysis * French or Italian language skills (not mandatory) ### **Work Location:** Betim – MG (100% on-site) **What We Offer** * Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Childcare Assistance; * Maternity and Paternity Leave; * Wellhub; * OnHappy; * Sesc; * Flexible Working Hours.
