The professional will oversee the entire procurement process—from negotiation through service execution—collaborating integrally with construction teams and other involved departments, ensuring contract compliance, adherence to schedules and corporate objectives, as well as preparing cost and supplier performance reports. If you identify with this profile and share Pollo Engenharia’s values, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities and Duties: * Plan and analyze the need for procurement of construction services; * Prepare, analyze, and negotiate technical scopes and service contracts; * Lead negotiations with suppliers and service providers to achieve optimal cost, schedule, and quality; * Monitor the procurement process, execution, measurements, and contractual closure; * Ensure compliance with agreed-upon deadlines, scopes, and contractual conditions; * Collaborate integrally with construction, planning, budgeting, and legal departments; * Prepare performance, cost, and supplier evaluation reports. Desired Experience: * Experience in **supply chain and procurement of services**, within the civil construction sector; * Experience in **vertical and horizontal construction execution**; * Hands-on experience in preparing and negotiating service scopes and contracts; * Knowledge of procurement processes, measurements, and contractual control; * Negotiation skills and technical and financial analysis capability; * Preferred experience interfacing with construction teams and supplier management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Production, or related fields); * Experience or exposure to supply chain, service procurement, and contract management—preferably in civil construction; * Knowledge of preparing and analyzing technical scopes, contracts, and service measurements; * Proficiency in Excel for control, cost analysis, and report preparation; * Familiarity with SIENGE ERP * Knowledge of procurement processes, negotiation, and supplier evaluation; * Ability to read and interpret projects, budgets, and schedules; * Strong negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills. **Additional Information** Benefits: * Psychosocial Support Program * Annual Bonus * Birthday Day Off * Right Referral: Clients and Employees * Dental Plan * Well-being Programs and Initiatives * Life Insurance * Total Pass ### **Build the future with Pollo Engenharia.** #### **Want to join a company that transforms people’s lives and cities’ futures?
