Guarantee of quality and operational efficiency We seek an **organized professional with leadership skills and strategic vision**, to coordinate the **Logistics and Cleaning & Hygiene** teams, as well as the company's **service providers**. The coordinator will be responsible for ensuring **productivity, quality, deadlines, and operational costs**, guaranteeing excellence in services delivered according to required quality standards (ONA and PALC). **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate **Logistics and Cleaning & Hygiene** teams, ensuring compliance with routines and targets. * **Hire, train, and monitor the performance** of employees. * Develop **work schedules** and supervise task execution according to internal procedures. * Ensure compliance with **safety regulations, proper use of PPEs, and appropriate handling** of cleaning products and transportation materials. * Supervise **transportation and delivery activities for biological samples**, safeguarding sample integrity and process agility. * Report incidents and irregularities related to transportation and cleaning routines to management. * Monitor and ensure **preventive and corrective maintenance** of the fleet and storage containers (thermal boxes). * Define **delivery and collection routes**, aiming for operational efficiency and cost reduction. * Monitor motorcycle couriers' work via **tracking and GLPI system**, ensuring adherence to routes and schedules. * Control **vehicle checklists** and archiving of departmental documents. * Ensure **operational compliance** with established quality and biosafety standards. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields is desirable); * Prior experience in **coordinating operational teams**; * Knowledge of **cleaning, hygiene, transportation, and fleet routines**; * Experience in **laboratory, hospital, or corporate environments** is desirable; * Basic proficiency in control and monitoring tools (spreadsheets, GLPI, tracking). **Salary:** $2\.877/month \+ R$260/individual performance bonus Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Payment: R$2\.877.00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher
