Job Summary: Logistics Leader responsible for integrating PCP, Purchasing, and Shipping, planning material flow, and ensuring production and delivery deadlines. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards **Position: Logistics Leader** **Responsibilities** * Lead and integrate the **PCP (Production Planning and Control), Purchasing, and Shipping** departments * Plan and monitor material flow from raw material procurement to final product delivery * Ensure adherence to **production and delivery deadlines**, aligning logistics, production, and sales * Coordinate **PCP**, ensuring efficient production scheduling according to plant capacity * Manage the **procurement** process, negotiating with suppliers on lead times, costs, and quality * Control **raw material, component, and finished goods inventory**, preventing shortages or overstocking * Supervise **shipping**, including order picking, loading, transportation, and documentation * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, cost, productivity, and service level * Lead, train, and develop the logistics team * Ensure compliance with **safety, quality, and internal process standards** **Requirements** * Degree in **Logistics, Production Engineering, Business Administration**, or related fields * Proven experience in **industrial logistics**, preferably in **metal structures, metallurgy, or heavy industry** * Solid knowledge of **PCP, technical purchasing, and shipping** * Experience in **team management** * Proficiency in **ERP systems** and KPI tracking * Strong planning, organizational, and decision-making skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with made-to-order projects * Ability to read **technical drawings** and bills of materials **Behavioral Competencies** * Leadership and clear communication * Systemic view of the production process * Proactivity and sense of urgency * Negotiation skills * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement **Employment Type** * CLT **Work Location** * On-site **Salary:** * **(R$ 2\.500,00 to R$ 3\.000,00\)** **Benefits:** * **Transportation Allowance paid in cash** * **Food Allowance R$ 400,00** (credited to Caju card) **Work Location:** Betim Job Type: Full-time CLT Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
