Job Summary: A professional to manage quotations, budgets, purchase orders, delivery follow-up, material receipt and inspection, supplier qualification, negotiation, demand analysis, inventory control, and issuance/inspection of invoices. Inventory control and internal demand analysis **Quotations and budgets:** Research prices and terms from multiple suppliers to identify optimal opportunities (cost-benefit); **Purchase Order (PO) Issuance:** Formalize purchases via purchase orders in the system; **Follow-up:** Monitor delivery deadlines, material/service quality, and contact suppliers to prevent stockouts (delays); **Receipt and inspection:** Verify received materials against invoices and purchase orders, ensuring technical compliance; **Supplier qualification and approval:** Identify, register, and evaluate new suppliers, assessing technical, financial, and quality criteria; **Negotiation:** Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery conditions, and long-term contracts; **Demand Analysis:** Assess procurement needs in coordination with internal stakeholders (departments requiring goods/services); **Inventory Control:** Monitor minimum stock levels to avoid both shortages and overstock (stockouts or excess inventory), and control material inflows and outflows. Also conduct physical inventory audits and maintain system data accuracy; **Invoice Issuance/Entry/Inspection:** Issue invoices, enter invoices into the system, and inspect them. ▪Benefits: Medical assistance, Fuel allowance or transportation voucher, Meal allowance/Meal voucher (R$ 25.00/day), Performance Bonus: Up to R$ 300.00 (starting from the 2nd month), Commitment Bonus: Up to R$ 275.00 (starting from the 2nd month).
